SEA_Senior Manager, Marketing Communications | Samsung Electronics America | Ridgefield Park, NJ
The Senior Manager of Marketing Communications manages the consumer
advertising and promotions, strategic partnerships with a purview to
channel support and creative asset management. Focus on target
segmentation, consumer insight discovery and execution into campaigns,
ROI and campaign KPIs. The key to this role is the maintenance of a
solid business foundation for Integrated Marketing Communications
initiatives.
Integrated Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plan to
support sales goals
- Consumer
- Trade
- Retail partners
- Drive consumer insight discovery including target audience
segmentation, triggers to develop most potent unique value propositions
in categories.
- Partner with advertising agency in strategic, media planning,
creative development and execution of initiatives.
- Set Budget and ROI and KPI plan including allocation, tracking and
reporting.
- Create processes and resources that drive synergy/collaboration
across various marketing stakeholders.
Strategic Partnership/Co-Marketing Initiatives
- Build strategic marketing alliances.
- Develop and execute consumer promotions programs that
- Moves consumers In the last 3 feet of sale
- Reinforce brand relevance
- Strengthen retail relationships
- Manage all aspects of partnership activations.
- Manage program budget, ROI
- Partner with pertinent internal/external stakeholders in development
and execution.
Overall Campaign Management
Day-to-day management of various projects form the planning, production
execution to reporting
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
- 7+ years of experience in Advertising and/or Advertising Agency,
account management/planning experience a plus
- Brand management and retail marketing experience a plus, but not
required
- High level of professionalism required as a representative of the
company
- Self-starter, ability to work independently with little or no
direction; strong decision making skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fact-paced, customer-focused environment
- Excellent time management, organizational, and project management
skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
